Is Escalating Density Training A Scam?

People frequently question the legitimacy of Charles Staley's unique EDT method. It really isn't as unusual as you think.

Allow me to explain it to you. Your muscles do not know that they are getting exercised to become stronger. All your muscles know is that they are moving against a resistance. And if the resistance is stronger than what they're used to, they will need to become larger and stronger to be able to handle it.

Adaptation is the only thing your muscles understand.

Escalating Density Training takes full advantage of this principle. Here's an example. On the first week, you bench 15 reps of 200 lbs. Adaptation occurs, and your muscles grow stronger for the same workout next week.

However, you bench press 20 reps of 200 lbs next week. The same process occurs, your muscles strengthen to prepare for the same resistance next exercise.

Your muscles will have no choice but to grow stronger each time you up the reps. After your muscles have gotten used to the high amount of reps, you increase the amount of weight.

A well known suntan anology works in a similar fashion. If you know tanning, you'd know to start by building a base. You then increase your exposure to the sun gradually. This suntanning procedure should also be applied to working out.

However, the increasing intensity is dependent completely on the size of the base you've built up. Put Differently, you can only improve at the rate that your body is capable of.

This is a worthy lesson you're learning right now about effective exercise. Unfortunately, people often apply this principle incorrectly.

This is a real problem with a lot of training programs. There is no systemized method for increasing workload. With Escalating Density Training, the whole premise of the system is on systematically increasing workload.

The entire system is based on a fundamentally proven method. Therefore, I can confidently say Escalating Density Training is not a scam. Whether or not you will get any results with this program is a whole different story. I guess if you're fraud, then your review is worthless. I've seen several blogs with the exact same review, almost word for word, and those are older blogs not written by you.
